The nasal and sinus congestion might be reduced by using a humidifier or a nasal spray with saline content. These can become filled with mucosa and feces, and when fecal matter is trapped in them, then pain can result. Example: I was in the hospital once for about a lenses week, and test when I got there, I was in intensive care, with a bleeding stomach! How is this affecting today' s families?
